The Elmwood Zoo is located in Norristown, Montgomery County, PA. Part of their environmentalism is the rehabilitation of eagles that have injuries, such as, a broken wing. Here they are at feeding time:

Green Lane, PA –- Montgomery County Parks and Heritage Services Division’s Green Lane Park will host a “Waterfowl Watch” Program on Saturday, November 24 at 1:00pm. The fall migration of ducks, geese, swans, and other birds will be well underway. Bring binoculars to witness this annual spectacle. Participants in past years have seen Greater White-fronted Geese, Northern Pintails, and Canvasbacks, to name a few.
Green Lane Park has been designated as an “Important Bird Area” by Pennsylvania Audubon. It is one of only 81 sites state-wide to receive this distinction.
The program will meet at the tennis court parking lot on Green Lane Road in Green Lane Park. (2298 Green Lane Road, Green Lane, PA 18054). Participants will travel by car to two additional “hot spots” in the park.
