The Riverside Concert Series, Jazz Age on the Delaware and the Mansion Concert come to Glen Foerd
Glen Foerd on the Delaware announces the start of an exciting season of musical events starting with the Riverside Concert Series and includes Jazz Age on the Delaware and concluding with the Mansion Concert: Classics to Ragtime.
The Riverside Concert Series kicks off on Thursday, June 8th with The Philadelphia Banjo Society, playing traditional banjo, show and sing-along tunes, the fun continues on Thursday, July 13th with the Rendition Jazz Band and finishes on Thursday, August 10th with Jean Therapy, a 70s jazz-rock, Latin fusion, retro, and modern mix band. All shows are pay what you wish at the door, bring your own lawn chair 7:00-8:00pm, rain or shine.
Join us for the Mansion Concert: Classics to Ragtime featuring Jeffrey Uhlig and Mark O’Kain Saturday, August 12th 1:00-2:00pm, $15 per person, members $10.

Glen Foerd is a historic estate located on 18-acres at the confluence of the Poquessing Creek and Delaware River. Glen Foerd is a Fairmount Park property; the site is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and its grounds are listed as a Historic American Landscape Survey site, one of only 24 in Pennsylvania.
