Child Abuse, as defined by the Child Protective Service Law (23 Pa. C.S., Chapter 63), must involve a child, a perpetrator and an act of abuse:

Child is defined as a person under the age of 18.

Perpetrator is defined as a person who has committed child abuse and is:
A parent of the child
A person over the age of 14 residing in the home of the child
A person responsible for the child’s welfare
A paramour of a child’s parent

Royersford, PA — Come to Upper Schuylkill Valley Park on Saturday, June 28, 2014 at 11:00am to learn interesting facts about snakes and turtles.

Visitors will see some of the park’s resident reptiles up close at the live animal presentation. Games for the kids will be included in the fun. This program is for all ages. There is a $2.00 per person suggested donation. This event will be held weather permitting, as most of the activities will be held outdoors. Upper Schuylkill Valley Park is located on Route 113 in Royersford, PA.
