Monnette Sudler’s 5th Annual Philadelphia Guitar Summit features exciting diverse musical performances of guitar virtuosos and othe outstanding multi-talented supporting artists.

The line-up includes:

Sheryl Bailey and her Trio: Sheryl Bailey, lead guitar; Ron Oswanski, Hammond Organ; Ian Froman, drums; and special guest vocalist, Sherry Butler.

Tosin Abasi (soloist) 8 Eight String Guitar Virtuoso (Tosin will do brief Q&A after his performance.)

Hiroya Tsukamoto’s duo peforming original Japanese songs. Hiroya Tsukamoto, acoustic guitar and vocal, and Satoshi Takeishi, percussion.

Mulebone performing the Blues in a special performance by Hugh Pool on guitar, bootboard, harmonic, percussion, vox and vocals, and John Ragusa on flutes, cornet, fife, pennywhistle, conch shell, vox and jews harp.

The artists will be available for CD sales and autographs during intermission and following the final performance.

The Montgomery County Commissioners, on the advice of the Montgomery County Department of Public Safety, have declared a Code Blue Cold Weather Emergency
for Montgomery County based on a review of forecasts from the National Weather Service.

The Code Blue Declaration has been issued for Montgomery County for the period beginning at 8:00PM on Friday, January 17, 2014 until 9:00AM on Tuesday, January
21, 2014.

A Code Blue Cold Weather Declaration is made in Montgomery County when winter conditions pose a threat of serious harm or death to individuals without shelter. A Code Blue is called when the combination of air temperature and wind chill is anticipated to be 20ºF or less.
